Who We Are

John Baltzer
With eight years of hands-on experience inside premier automotive brands like Mercedes-Benz of Plano, Porsche Plano, Crest INFINITI, Park Place Lexus, and Mark Allen Buick GMC, John brings insider knowledge from every side of the dealership world—service, management, and sales.
He has managed service operations, maintained top-tier customer satisfaction scores, negotiated vehicle purchases, and worked directly with buyers to structure smart, efficient deals. This background provides a deep understanding of dealership pricing strategies, manufacturer incentives, trade-in values, and financing structures because he has worked behind the scenes where these decisions are actually made.
That experience allows him to remove the stress, confusion, and wasted time most buyers encounter during the vehicle purchasing process. By streamlining each step and negotiating strategically, he ensures every detail is handled correctly from the initial search to final delivery.

Caleb Buckminster
Caleb brings a strong foundation in both sales and finance, combining customer-facing experience with a solid academic background in accounting.
He worked in sales at Mark Allen GMC, where he developed skills in client communication, negotiation, and guiding customers through major purchasing decisions. His time in automotive sales strengthened his ability to build trust, understand client needs, and manage transactions from start to finish.
Caleb graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in accounting, giving him a strong understanding of financial principles, analysis, and attention to detail. This academic background complements his sales experience by allowing him to approach transactions with a clear understanding of numbers, margins, and long-term financial impact.
In addition, he has experience in banking, where he gained exposure to financial services, customer accounts, and compliance standards. He also worked in mobile phone sales with T-Mobile, further sharpening his ability to present products clearly, overcome objections, and deliver strong customer service in a competitive retail environment.
Together, Caleb’s experience in automotive sales, finance, banking, and retail technology sales makes him well-rounded, analytical, and highly capable in both relationship-building and business strategy.

Landon Cottles
Landon brings well-rounded automotive experience spanning luxury sales, service operations, and modern electric vehicle technology.
At Park Place Lexus, he developed a strong understanding of high-end client service, structured sales processes, and the elevated expectations that come with premium vehicles. His time at Dave's Auto Repair gave him valuable mechanical insight, allowing him to evaluate vehicles beyond appearance and understand long-term reliability and ownership costs.
Working with Tesla expanded his expertise into advanced automotive technology and modern sales strategies, strengthening his ability to clearly explain complex features and innovations to clients.
In addition, for the past three years, Landon has personally bought and sold vehicles, sharpening his skills in market analysis, valuation, and negotiation. Combined, his experience gives him a comprehensive understanding of the automotive process from sales to service to real-world market value.
